Based on the globally recognised P3G Guide by Ross Garland and Adrian Morey, this course introduces governance as a discipline distinct from project management, focusing on who makes decisions, when, and on what basis. Ross Garland

Vincent has over 30 years experience in business changing environments in a wide range of business sectors, incl. banking, payment systems, industry, telecoms, medical research, air traffic management, to name a few. He advises executives in large organisations to successfully lead and implement their strategic transformations. As an executive instructor, he has helped major corporations to build their organisational maturity in terms of project management, programme management, portfolio management, change management, and P3 governance. Vincent works with best practice methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP, as well as Prosci and APMG Change Management to effectively integrate the people side in his approach.

Target Audience and Eligibility For The P3GP® Certification

The P3GP® Certification is designed for professionals involved in governing, assuring, supporting, or sponsoring change initiatives across all levels of project, programme, and portfolio management. Whether you are setting strategy, ensuring accountability, or enabling delivery, P3GP® provides the governance lens needed for success.

There are no formal prerequisites for the P3GP® Certification exam. Candidates are not required to hold prior qualifications or possess a specific level of work experience to sit the exam.
