Keynote Pass Purchase Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
  • All ticket holders will receive access credentials 3 days before the conference.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and transaction fees.

Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on the attendee’s end.

Transfer Policy

  • Tickets are transferable up to 7 days before the event, upon written notice.
  • Transfers must be requested via email to [info@p3gqa.com] with the full name, email, phone number, job title and organization of the new attendee. Transfers are not automatic and P3GQA reserves the right to refuse to issue a transfer ticket.

Access & Use

  • Access to sessions is personal and may not be shared.
  • Session recordings may be available for a limited time post-event.

Cancellation or Postponement by Organisers

  • If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered access to a future event of equal value.

Code of Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviour during live sessions or networking forums will result in removal without refund.
