- P3GQA Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions

Client: The person or organization purchasing services or registering for events/exams.

Delegate: The individual attending a course or event, including exam candidates.

Course: Any online or virtual training session, workshop, or event.

Exam: Any certification exam administered by P3GQA or a third-party partner.

Credit: A non-refundable amount retained by P3GQA to be used against future services within one year.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase of:
- Publications (Digital or Hard Copies)
- Exams & Bundles that include an exam
- Events that commence in less than 14 working days
Other payments are due at registration or within 14 days of invoice, depending on the type of product/service purchased. All payments are automatically processed in GBP via approved payment methods (Card Payments or Bank Transfers), however, payments in other currencies might be made available on a case-by-case basis. P3GQA reserves the right to charge late payment fees in accordance with statutory interest rates.
3. Cancellation & Substitution – Events/Courses

Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time by written request.

Cancellations made more than 14 working days before the course will receive a 100% credit valid for one year.

Cancellations made between 7–14 working days before the course may incur a 50% administrative fee.

No credits or refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 working days of the event.

In the event of postponement, delegates will be rebooked or credited. If unable to attend the new date, clients will receive a full credit valid for one year.
4. Cancellation – Exams

Exam bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with no penalty if written notice is provided more than 14 days in advance.

Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation – Publications

Digital and Physical publications are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Program Change Policy
Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing. However, P3GQA reserves the right to change program content, instructors, or event timing where necessary. Material changes will be communicated in writing. Such changes do not entitle clients to a refund unless the change is deemed significant (e.g. major shift in course content or delivery mode).
7. Exam Retakes & Appeals
Candidates may retake failed exams for an additional fee. The number of retake attempts and cooling-off periods may vary based on the exam scheme. Requests for re-marking or result appeals must be submitted within 7 days of receiving results and may be subject to an administrative fee.
8. Force Majeure
P3GQA shall not be held liable for cancellations or delivery failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, or extreme weather. In such cases, services may be rescheduled, or credit issued. No refunds will be granted.
9. Liability
P3GQA’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We accept no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for a course, purchasing services, or scheduling an exam, you consent to P3GQA sharing necessary personal data with authorized partners, including exam delivery platforms, under GDPR-compliant agreements.
